This article analyzes modern trends in the development of inclusive cultural education and creative activities in cultural and educational institutions. The theoretical foundations of creating an inclusive cultural environment, ensuring equal access to cultural services, and the role of cultural institutions in social integration processes are discussed. The study also highlights innovative approaches and practical experiences aimed at ensuring the active participation of people with disabilities and socially vulnerable groups in cultural life.
