Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of the implementation of artificial intelligence in the healthcare system of Uzbekistan, its main areas of application, existing organizational, technological, financial, and institutional challenges, as well as перспективные scenarios for further development. The study employs a systems approach, comparative analysis, statistical generalization, and scenario modeling methods. The results indicate that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in such areas as diagnostics, real-time monitoring, clinical decision support, telemedicine, and epidemiological forecasting can become an important factor in improving the efficiency of the healthcare system. At the same time, insufficient digital infrastructure, a low level of data standardization, a shortage of qualified personnel, and an underdeveloped legal and regulatory framework are slowing down this process. The article also proposes practical recommendations for the gradual and systematic implementation of artificial intelligence in the context of Uzbekistan.
