HUMAN KNOWLEDGE LEVEL: MEASUREMENT CRITERIA AND ASSESSMENT MECHANISMS

Abstract

The article seeks to answer the question of what measures a person’s level of knowledge and how it is assessed. It is noted that today the level of knowledge is commonly measured through stages of education such as secondary school, secondary specialized education, higher education, academic degrees including Candidate of Sciences (Doctor of Philosophy in a specific field), Doctor of Sciences, as well as academic titles such as Senior Researcher, Associate Professor, Professor, and Academician. These degrees and titles are mainly awarded to individuals who have mastered specific fields of science. However, among people who study the world in a broader and more comprehensive sense, there is often no appropriate place within this system. Therefore, the article discusses the necessity of integrating and unifying knowledge (both religious and secular) into a single holistic framework.
