Abstract

This scientific article examines the essence, goals, and objectives of adaptive physical education classes, as well as their scientific and theoretical foundations for the development of motor activity. Adaptive physical education is analyzed as an important means of improving the physical, functional, and psycho-emotional condition of individuals with disabilities and special needs. The article scientifically substantiates the forms, content, methodological approaches, and pedagogical effectiveness of training sessions aimed at developing motor activity. The conducted analysis demonstrates the significance of adaptive physical education classes in health improvement, rehabilitation, and social adaptation processes.
