This paper explores the application and importance of innovative management technologies within preschool education institutions. In light of rapid transformations in the educational sector and growing expectations regarding educational quality, management efficiency has become a crucial determinant of institutional development. The study reviews contemporary management tools such as digital administration platforms, strategic management practices, performance evaluation systems, and innovative leadership models. Special emphasis is placed on the influence of these technologies on institutional performance, staff motivation, and the quality of educational outcomes. The analysis demonstrates that the adoption of innovative management technologies enhances managerial decision-making, increases organizational transparency, and strengthens coordination among all participants in the educational process. The paper highlights the relevance of implementing innovative management solutions to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of preschool education institutions.
