METHODOLOGY OF USING VISUAL AND MULTIMEDIA TOOLS IN TEXT-BASED LEARNING

This article is dedicated to the methodology of using visual and multimedia tools in the process of working with texts. It highlights the importance of visual materials (such as images, diagrams, and charts) and multimedia tools (including presentations, interactive software, videos, and audio materials) in helping students understand, analyze, and approach texts creatively in mother tongue lessons. The article examines methods for organizing the text-based learning process effectively based on modern pedagogical approaches and educational technologies.
It emphasizes that the use of multimedia tools enhances student engagement, facilitates the visual explanation of complex concepts, and helps students develop skills for independent expression. The study also presents practical methods for combining visual and multimedia tools with interactive teaching methods, group work, and creative tasks. The findings indicate that these methodological approaches increase students’ interest in texts, improve reading comprehension and understanding, and make lessons more interactive and engaging.
This article provides recommendations for teachers, methodologists, and educational practitioners on the systematic and effective use of visual and multimedia tools in text-based learning.
