Abstract

This article systematically analyzes current trends in scientific organization of work (SLO) in healthcare delivery. The study was conducted using timekeeping, lean manufacturing, WISN, PDSA, Six Sigma, and WHO documents. The results show that the main trends in the ILO are lean manufacturing technologies, ergonomics, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, time management, burnout prevention, telemedicine, medical logistics, ISO 9001:2015 and KPI systems.
