Surgical interventions on the heart require high precision and in-depth anatomical knowledge. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the topographic anatomy of the heart, its blood supply, valvular apparatus, and its relationships with major blood vessels.
The aim of the study is to analyze the anatomical basis of surgical approaches to the heart and to evaluate their clinical significance. The results show that a thorough understanding of the anatomical position of the heart and coronary circulation plays a crucial role in reducing complications during surgery.
In conclusion, topographic anatomy determines the success of cardiac surgery.
