Data from 100 patients (110 procedures) were analyzed, encompassing cases of coxarthrosis, femoral head necrosis, and traumatic hip injuries. The program integrates four stages: preoperative preparation, early postoperative care, mid-term recovery, and extended adaptation. Outcomes demonstrated 89.1% of patients achieving good or excellent functional results based on the Harris Hip Score, with over 90% reporting pain elimination within one year. The complication rate was limited to 6.8%, attributed to early mobilization and precise therapeutic interventions. The findings validate the effectiveness of the program in restoring motor function and promoting social reintegration.</p>2025-01-26T00:00:00-07:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://sirpublishers.org/index.php/jams/article/view/1009АЛГОРИТМ ВЫБОРА МЕТОДА ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ С ПЕРЕЛОМАМИ НИЖНЕЙ ЧЕЛЮСТИ ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОМ ГЕНЕРАЛИЗОВАННОМ ПАРОДОНТИТЕ.2025-01-27T16:20:18-07:00Пулатова Б. Л., 2009).</p>2025-01-26T00:00:00-07:00Copyright (c) 2025
