ПРОСТОЙ МЕТОД СКРИНИНГА ДЛЯ ПОИСКА И АНАЛИЗА ПРЕПАРАТОВ С ЭРЕКТИЛЬНЫМИ СВОЙСТВАМИ
Abstract
На статью Рузимов Э.М., Мамаджанова М.А., Каххарова Ш.Б и Б.П. Бердимуродыевой «Простой метод скрининга для поиска и анализа препаратов с эректильными свойствами». Предложен метод оценки эротогенных средств, основанный на измерении длины пениса морских свинок при аппликации коллоидного раствора вещества на поверхность органа. Опыты с сильденафилом в концентрации 1, 2 и 3% показали, что длина органа увеличивается пропорционально использованной концентрации до 40%. Длина органа также увеличивалась при п/к введении сильденафила.
