Abstract

Katalizatorlar tarkibining katalitik xarakteristikalarga ta’sirini aniqlash uchun 2900C haroratda, 0.5 MPa bosim, 1000 soat-1 hajm tezligida va H2/CO=2 nisbatda sinovlar o‘tkazildi.Katalizatorni ushlab turuvchi modda sifatida Navbahor O‘zbekiston Respublikasi bentonitidan olingan yuqori kremniyli seolit ishlatildi [1] Reaktordan chiqayotgan gaz, azotdan tashqari, katta miqdordagi komponentlar: reaksiyaga kirishmagan uglerod va vodorod monooksidi, alkanlar va C1-C4 olefinlarga ega. Sintezning chiqish moddalari va gazsimon mahsulotlar tahlili personal kompyuterga biriktirilgan “Kristallyuks-4000M” asbobida gaz-adsorbsion xromatografiya usulida o‘tkazildi. Detektor-katarometr. Bunda ikkita xromatografik ustun ishlatildi. CO va H2 ni ajratish uchun CaA (3m x 3 mm) molekulyar elaklar bilan to‘ldirilgan ustun qo‘llanildi. Harorat rejimi: izotermik, 800S. Gaz-tashuvchi-geliy, 20 ml/min. СO2 va С14 ni ajratish uchun HayeSep (3 m x 3 mm) bilan to‘ldirilgan ustun qo‘llanilgan. Harorat rejimi: dasturlangan, 80-2000S, 80C/min. Gaz-tashuvchi-geliy, 20 ml/min. Tipik xromatografiya (1-rasm) da keltirilgan [2].
