Статья посвящена субстантивации и адъективации как механизмам морфолого-синтаксической конверсии. Проанализированы структурные и функциональные параметры перехода слов одной части речи в другую, определены границы субстантивации и адъективации в системе транспозиции. Рассмотрены синтаксические последствия данных процессов, включая изменение управления, согласования и синтаксической позиции. Охарактеризованы полные и неполные субстантиваты, степень их лексикализации, а также соотношение субстантивации с омонимией и полисемией. Установлена роль адъективации в формировании предикативных конструкций и её влияние на распределение грамматических категорий в предложении.

The persistent lack of mobile communication infrastructure in remote and rural areas poses a critical barrier to socio-economic development and digital inclusion. Despite significant technological advancements, approximately 2.6 billion individuals worldwide remain disconnected from reliable mobile and internet services (International Telecommunication Union [ITU], 2023). This paper presents a comprehensive study on the design and implementation of a compact mobile communication system tailored to provide sustainable connectivity in geographically isolated regions. The proposed system is engineered with a focus on energy efficiency, low-cost deployment, and minimal maintenance, making it suitable for underserved communities with limited infrastructure. Key components of the system include solar-powered low-power base stations, satellite backhaul integration, and modular software-defined networking capabilities.
