Abstract

The topic of the "Russian World" as a new colonialism and the influence of Russian soft power on Uzbekistan is relevant and multifaceted. In recent years, Russia has been actively using various soft power tools to strengthen its influence in post-Soviet countries, including Uzbekistan. The influence of Russian soft-power on Uzbekistan is a complex process that requires careful analysis. On the one hand, this can be perceived as a way to strengthen cultural and economic ties, on the other — as a threat to national independence and identity. It is important to take into account the opinions of different groups of the population and strive for a balanced approach in international relations.
