ANOR PO‘STLOG’IDAGI FLAVONOIDLAR TARKIBI VA ULARNING BIOFAOL XUSUSIYATLARI

Ushbu tadqiqot anor (Punica granatum L.) mevasi qobig’idan olinadigan pektin miqdorini
aniqlashga bag’ishlangan. Bioorganik Kimyo Instituti Laboratoriyasida o’tkazilgan laboratoriya
tahlillari natijasida anorning qobig’ida 11,5% pektin mavjudligi aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar anor
qobig’ini pektin olish uchun istiqbolli xom ashyo sifatida ko’rishga imkon beradi. Kislotali
ekstraksiya usuli qo’llanilgan bo’lib, bu usul pektin ishlab chiqarishning sanoat miqyosida
qo’llanilishi mumkin
