Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the Journal’s scope, academic quality, originality, structure, and compliance with submission requirements.
Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial evaluation are forwarded for peer review by specialists in the relevant field.
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts according to criteria such as:
- originality and scientific contribution;
- relevance of the research question;
- quality of legal and/or economic analysis;
- methodological appropriateness;
- reliability of data and evidence;
- clarity and logical organization;
- validity of conclusions;
- quality and relevance of references;
- compliance with publication ethics.
The final publication decision is made by the Editorial Board.
