Abstract

This paper examines legal issues related to the legal basis and corporate
management of non-state non-profit organizations of Uzbekistan, Germany and Japan.
The ultimate goal of the paper is to develop proposals to improve the internal
governance of non-profit organizations in Uzbekistan
